Welcome to the Surface Design Guild Website!

 This is an interactive website especially formatted for Groups so that members can stay up to date, share information on shows and sales and maintain our membership dues and addresses. We also can keep track of photos from workshops and provide information on techniques and new materials available to artist's these days.
In order to help you navigate this website I have added a few points of information. I hope that this helps you find what you are looking for.  This website is a work in progress and we are open to any suggestions for making it easier and more enjoyable for those of you who visit us here.

*On the left side of the the site you will see a list of topics. When you place your cursor over each topic a drop down box or fly out box of subtitles may open.
*For instance, if you click on Share Info a blue box will open with several topics- Talk Amongst Yourselves is for anyone to leave information about any local sales or shows. If you have any supplies you'd like to sell you may list that information there with price and contact info.
The next topic is Interesting Links for any tutorials found on the web for increasing creativity or inspiration. However, The main topic is also a link. I welcome you to click on the topic first and not the items in the fly out box so that you can see the whole and complete page of information.
The final topic under that heading is Local Events which are shows or Sales that the Guild may or may not be participating in but that we would like you to be aware of.  We will try to provide links if available to websites hosting these events.
Call to Artists is where we will list any download info for show rules, sign ups, registration details etc for local venues which (may include Guild only events) for anyone interested in participating. 
*FAB is one of our biggest Art Shows that we participate in and all printable document files for information on this show can be found under Call to Artists.
All Guild related Show and Event information is going to be under Calendar of Meetings and Guild Events.
The calendar can be viewed in a monthly format or by clicking on the list view in the upper right hand corner it can be viewed in a list format with drop down boxes for more information.
All information such as materials, fees or times concerning monthly programs and playdays is listed there.
Minutes from our Meetings are listed under "At Our Meetings".
Links & Resources is where you will find links to local Guilds, Art Galleries, Art Associations, Crafting Websites, Art & Craft Specialty Suppliers, and more. I think you will be amazed if you check it out- never knew there were so many different sites to explore and this is really just a few!
